联合招聘考试

联合招聘考试旨在评估申请人的分析及撰写能力，考试时间为三小时。考生须完成试卷内两条题目。

两条题目的形式如下

题目一

题目一是个案题，考生作答时可参考个案所提供的背景资料。考生宜充分理解和独立分析题目所述的议题，提出务实兼具创意的方案。若考生只是不假思索地重复背景资料的内容及文字，将不会获得任何分数。

考生须按所提供的个案背景，以英文作答。样本试题如下：

You work in the Ministry of Welfare of the Government of the City of Jade. You have been tasked to draft an internal discussion paper on the provision of mental health services, in which you should

set out two major problems facing the setting up of integrated centres for mental health and explain the implication of the identified issues; and
recommend feasible measures to address the major problems identified.

题目二

题目二是关于香港某项社会或政策议题。考生作答时，须阐述个人的看法，并就其立场提供理据。

考生须按所提供的背景资料，以中文作答。样本试题如下：

有意见认为，香港素有「美食天堂」之称，有条件推动「大牌档」文化的发展，因此建议政府应在市区寻觅适合的地段，发展新的「大牌档」摊档。事实上，邻近地区亦有不少类似的成功经验。

请分析上述建议有何利弊，表明你是支持抑或反对有关建议，并就你的立场提出理据。如果是赞成的话，请提出建议，确保方案可有效达致其政策目的；如果是反对的话，请提出其他推动香港成为「美食天堂」的措施。
